Right of Withdrawal

This withdrawal notice applies exclusively to consumers within the meaning of § 13 of the German Civil Code (BGB) who enter into a contract with DigitalsSolutions for the use of the Shopisim platform. No statutory right of withdrawal applies in B2B (between businesses).

§ 1 Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen (14) days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day of contract conclusion (successful registration confirmed via e-mail).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the model withdrawal form provided in § 4 below, but it is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

§ 2 Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw. We will use the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

If you requested the provision of services to begin during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount proportional to the services provided until the time you communicated to us your withdrawal, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

§ 3 Extinction and exclusion of the withdrawal right

The right of withdrawal expires early or does not apply in the following cases:

• •For services whose performance has begun at your express request before the end of the withdrawal period, provided that you have consented to performance starting and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal once performance has commenced (§ 356(4) BGB).
• •For the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium (e.g. AI generations, templates, themes) where performance has begun with your express consent.
• •For the registration of a custom domain, which is booked irrevocably with the registrar immediately.
• •For contracts concluded with businesses (B2B) within the meaning of § 14 BGB.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract, you may complete and return this form - use is optional.
